How to entertain DC without tablets.

So we are going on holiday during the Easter holidays. I have DC between 6 & 11. I am trying to make each of them a folder of things to do in the airport and on the plane.
So far my ideas are

Magazines
Books
Finger puppets
Puzzle books
Colouring

Any suggestions would be great.

Play 21 questions with them! Think of a famous person/character from a book/tv show and everyone takes it in turn to ask a yes/no question. E.g. are they male? Are they real? Are they over 20? Are they on tv? Do they have brown hair? Etc. The person who correctly guesses it gets to go next! No props required so can be played anywhere!

No tablets when mine were little so we did put a bit of effort into entertaining them.
I agree with all the above although mine wouldn't have been interested in colouring. Sticker books for the younger one and sudoku / puzzles for the older one.
Yes to Uno, never been on holiday without it!
Also Twenty questions and themed memory games are good for restaurants. Example "we went on holiday to xxxx and I packed a swimsuit". The next person repeats and adds something of their own. You can go through the alphabet.
