Last minute trip recommendations ?

Looking at either LOndon or North Norfolk Coast , for a couple of nights week beginning 25th March. Must be suitable for 2 adults, 3 and 1 year old, ideally with self catering facilities and kiddy bits! Any ideas? Budget is £400

Do you have any Tesco Clubcard points to use? If so we booked Cromer Country Club recently through Hotels.com. Rooms were really lovely.
