Can I put rocket in veggie muffins instead of spinach? Urgent!

It doesn't do well cooked, I've had rocket on a pizza and it goes limp and slimy .

I like rocket in veggie muffins. Just roughly chop it and its fine. Maybe it's more of an American thing to do? If you google arugula muffins there are quite a few recipes.

Ah crap I put a handful in . OTOH I googled rocket veggie muffins and some delicious looking options came up. Will report back :)
