Peculiar predicament

I'm posting from the comfort of my sofa, where I've been contentedly working away on a knitting project. I'm very short-sighted and my eyes are tired in the evening, so I often take my glasses off and hold the work close to my face while working on particularly fiddly bits.

I also have long hair. Which I didn't realise I had knitted into the work until I finished a complicated section.

Not so comfortable now.

So, do I cut off a hunk of hair? Or do I try to rip back a whole hour's work, with fuzzy wool that is a real pain in the neck to undo?

Cut the hair.

What are you knitting? Is it a sentimental thing that your family will treasure because it contains an actual part of you? Grin

Or a very hairy coaster or something?

Hahahaha

That is all

Frog it. You can't have hairy work!

JellySlice · 12/03/2019 19:42

I've got a magnifying thingy that is supposed to dangle from my neck and balance on my chest, but I don't think the designers truly considered their target market. My boobs get in the way! I've given up on the bloody thing.

The yarn is a total bastard to frog. It's just too fuzzy.

Oh god I can't face frogging all that work!

What's frog it mean? 😕

IHeartMarmiteToast · 12/03/2019 21:13

It's knitting slang for undo it
