Day two of maternity leave and I'm already bored stiff. Any recommendations of what to watch?

Another vote for AfterLife.
Also Luther, Line of Duty and Black Mirror.
Eat, Pray, Love is a reasonable film.

WaxOnFeckOff · 12/03/2019 19:51

Is The Letdown on british netflix?

Yep.

Also watched Yummy Mummies for complete trash tv... :o

Winterfellismyhome · 12/03/2019 19:51

Dirty John
Grace and Frankie
Instant hotel (reality show about air bnbs)
Line of duty
The good place
Sabrina
Brooklyn 99
Fyre fest documentary
The let down (comedy about new motherhood)
How to get away with murder
Black mirror

New Amsterdam is on prime if you have that.
The Handmaids tale on sky boxsets is brilliant

My local area is doing well out of Outlander as some of it is filmed nearby -nice wee tourist boom!

GetSchwifty · 12/03/2019 19:53

Better call Saul

WaxOnFeckOff · 12/03/2019 19:54

I really recommend Offspring if you like a family based series.

Snowy111 · 12/03/2019 19:57

Afterlife
Russian doll
Stranger things
Breaking bad
Homeland

Dirty John watchable but irritating!

richdotcom · 12/03/2019 19:58

Another vote here for workin' moms - nice short episodes that will prepare you for the reality of having a baby Grin

Mumberjack · 12/03/2019 20:03

After life - although will make you cry.
Grace and Frankie is easy to watch and so funny.
Breaking Bad for amazing epic viewing.
Always Sunny in Philadelphia if you have a sarcastic sense of humour

sweetcheeksmahoaney · 12/03/2019 20:05

sons of anarchy

shellybon · 12/03/2019 20:21

Dirty John

Bodyguard
Sinner

mnahmnah · 12/03/2019 20:58

Also a grey’s fan and I find it hard to find things I get hooked on. Currently loving Northern Rescue

Ivy44 · 12/03/2019 21:01

Afterlife, definitely. I binge watched it on Sunday, had to keep pausing it as I was laughing so much.

Also, some the stand up shows. Ricky Gervais, Humanity and Greg Davis, You Magnificent Beast.

Ellieboolou27 · 12/03/2019 21:10

Oh yes to peaky blinders - first time I tried watching I turned off after first episode, went back few months later and bloody glad I did - excellent

minniecat2406 · 12/03/2019 21:54
