Has anyone got any tips for going to an interview for Aldi, it's a store assistant job?

TIA

They might ask about an example of when you've given good customer service. Dealing with a difficult customer, team working, using initiative. Just a few i can think of.

I imagine they'll ask about multitasking as it seems to be that the staff at Aldi/Lidl are constantly being called to the tills from shop floor and then taken off once the queue has settled down. So- how would you ensure you leave your stock safe/keep customers safe/ ensure people with disabilities can still get by safely when you get called onto the tills in the middle of putting delivery out?

Thanks both. Most of the stuff I'd planned to say i didn't remember until the way home!

He asked if i knew what a store assistants role was and how many hours I wanted and why I wanted to work for Aldi. He seemed to extract the stuff he needed from my chatter. I haven't had an interview for years (self employed).

Thank you! I posted the question about an hour before the interview in a bit of a panic...
