Work-related stress

Hello. I'm currently signed off with stress. I feel worse now than ever. When I think about work I feel a panic attack coming on. I'm going back to the doctor's tomorrow. I don't know what I can do to make myself feel better. Any advice, please.

look at mindfulness it can help with anxiety and panic attacks
