Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some sling recommendations as I've got a baby on the way and a toddler so would like to have use of my hands

I'm hoping to breastfeed so would like one I could possibly feed them in.

Unfortunately there aren't any sling library's around me

Thank you

Have a look on Facebook, there are lots of groups for a starting point. Babywearing FSOT and slings and things FSOT as a start. They're sales groups but have a look at the pics and see what sort of thing you like the look of. Ask for advice etc.

There are along libraries that do postal loans too, ask in the groups or Google.

Personally with #1 I liked a stretchy wrap sling as a newborn before moving onto woven wraps like didymos and Oscha. I always had a beco Gemini for quick carries too, that's one with buckles.

For subsequent children I skipped the stretchy wrap and used wovens from birth, and ring slings.

I found Baby Bjorn uncomfortable. Kari Me wraps are one I did like, and heard great things about Ergo.

I love my Connecta (Integra is the newer version). I would definitely use a stretchy wrap with a third.

Sheffield Sling Library is a great website for information.
