To me that means one 10 bedroom house not 3 here, two there, two there etc.

Your thread title makes no sense, which was what I was querying. It's quite clear from the description that it's a main house with a number of rental properties on the same site. My guess would be that that's the best way of describing it on the online form the EA has to complete.

Thread title is gaff as in house, not gaffe as in mistake.

Ah, you see you've done something interesting with the title because 'gaff' is slang for house or dwelling, whereas gaffe means mistake, so the question is did you mean gaff or gaffe, and when you said gaff were you making a gaffe?

Yes it's definitely misleading as house is single and there are God knows how many properties (no idea where the flats are) Is it in an are where there is a good tourist turnover? I imagine it could be quite profitable if you let them as holiday lets.

Yes it is misleading '10 bedroom detached property' means 1 property with 10 bedrooms, not 10 bedrooms over multiple properties!

The fireplace looks like an inner chamber to Spider Hell but I love the pink bathroom suite and the artificial lilac tree in another bathroom.

Loads of potential though but I wouldn't want to live in Weston Super Mare.
