Best double pram for newborn and toddler?

Ive got a rather large 14month old and im due to have another baby early May. Been looking at double prams but theyre pretty big and bulky. Preferably dont want one thats side by side as i live in a flat and theres not alot of space. Any ideas or reccomendations thanks in advance :-)

Phil and Ted's dot... ideal as can be a single pram too. Very narrow. Can pick them up second hand cheap but only 400 new. Was a godsend for me until my toddler was slightly more confident using a buggy board

I'm due another and DS will be 15 months, I got the mothercare genie, haven't tried it with both babies yet but older DS is using it as a single and I have tested it as a double and happy with it so far
