Hello, I wonder if anyone has an idea of what to do. Since we moved, about 40% of our parcel deliveries have issues. Most likely "failed to deliver" when I am positively at home whole day... Even amazon, which never failed me before, has issues now. The potential issue is a nearby block of flats, which sadly has the same street name and the same door numbers, which is very confusing. But the postcode is different so I am not sure why so many couriers went there instead. What we are doing now is that if possible, we add a note "do not go to the block of flats" but even google maps will show our house in the right place. So why a delivery company with GPS can't make it right?
I am desperate... Just had a failed delivery 10 minutes ago while I sit at home
