Things went from great to awful in minutes!!

So yesterday morning, everything was fine. Fast forward to about 9.30. My dh gets a call from his business partner saying he is leaving London and obviously the business. My dh can’t continue the business without him. And now I’m so so worried about money and my dh is also so worried about his business partner/best friends mental health etc. Don’t know what to say to him!!

Had the business done a risk assessment for this scenario that your husband can refer to?

I’m guessing not, they are really really close friends so I suppose they just didn’t think of it - I would have imagined if one of them were to leave they would have spoken about it and given plenty of notice. But the fact that this is also a mental health crisis is a huge part of the problem
