Anyone had any luck with vitamins and supplements when TTC??

Hi am 42 and ahalf and TTC our 3rd child with no luck after a year of trying. I wondered if anyone had conceived with help from vitamins and supplements?

I think as you are over 40 it would be best to get a fertility appointment rather than waste time on vitamins.
I had secondary infertility and what helped me conceive was knowing my cycle and being prescribed chlomid.

I did, it was several years ago though, but there was a natural fertility page somewhere, advocated things like maca and royal jelly. I ended up with twins though so it maybe worked too well 🙈

Am sure they will prescribe anything due to my age and the fact I have two already. But I will talk to the doctor and see what they say. Thanks

I'm going to suggest Agnus Castus. It helped me to become pregnant at 39 after going through several months of chemo for lymphoma which had propelled me into an early menopause. Look into it - loads of info to be found. Worth finding the highest quality supplement - some, especially in tablet form, are very low potency and will do little to help. I took it in tincture form, bought HERE
It is very bitter tasting though - I mixed it with red grape juice and this seemed to take the edge of it a bit! Good luck

No idea if it helped but I took evening primrose oil from CD1 until ovulation and then stopped. Second month of trying that plus opks and I was pregnant. I'm 27 but have suspected endo.
