Spray her plams in the morning with an anti perspirent?

Is your DD quite shy or nervous?

I get terrible, really sweaty palms when my anxiety is high or when I'm in a crowd.

I would see the doctor. I had this problem as a child - they can prescribe an extra-strong anti-perspirant. I believe in cases where it's really bad, there's a treatment involving something like botox which blocks the sweat glands.

In my case it did get a bit better once I was a teen and adult, though my hands are still more inclined to sweat than the average, they're not constantly dripping like they did when I was small.

It's a horrible problem because it's embarrassing. I once got into trouble at school because a teacher thought I had been licking something because it was damp - she wouldn't believe that it was just my hands. The memory of that still upsets me.

Yeah I had a friend who had Botox in her hands as a teen for sweatiness.
