Got a surprise, rare night in on my own and getting my pjs on, Chinese in, wine out. What’s a good film please?

I like anything and everything apart from Eddie Murphy / Adam Sandler style comedies

Following this although I am about to start my own thread for a series!

Wish I had a film rec for you but can't think of one I'm afraid.

Watched King of California last night on Amazon. Sully and suicide squad are also good , very different. Doughnut on Netflix is super, very much a feel good film

I’m not sure how I feel about Amy Shumer for I feel pretty. She might fall in to Adam sandler territory

Was also going to recommend Dumplin. A real feel good film.

I thought I Feel Pretty was absolute garbage.

Enjoyed Dumplin as an easy watch.

Dumplin' , isnt it romantic or binge watch the after life series which they just added, by Ricky Gervais

If Pride is still on Netflix it's well worth a watch. One of my favourites
