Neoprene thermal rash vest thingy for cold pools?

So basically I'm not looking for a float vest, nor a wetsuit. I'm basically looking for a thermal gilet thing?

I know that you can get warm suits for babies with that velcro crotch but what is there for older kids?

Eskeez they aren’t neoprene they are fleece, which means they aren’t bouyant, which is good for older children who want to dive under. We put one under our toddlers wetsuit for a freezing pool.
