Mums of toddlers - get me through the day!

Having terrible PMT - cracking headache, irritability, etc. It's raining. DH is at work all day. DS (22 months) got up at 5.30 am full of beans (and full of snot). It's 9.30 am. We are out of biscuits. We don't let him watch tv at the moment (in fact have packed the tv away) because it really messes up his behaviour. Did I mention we're out of biscuits?

Help me! Ideas for the next 11 hours or so much appreciated!!!

A bath?
Playing with Tupperware and dried pasta or rice if you are brave.

Bath
Dressing up with different hats and looking in the mirror
Sorting coins out
Making a flapjack- they pour ingredients from a little jug into a big bowl
Cleaning things in the house with baby wipes while you clean
Putting upbeat music on and dancing together
Wellies and rain suit and go puddle hunting
Make play dough
Make a den with blankets and cushions and cuddly toys for them to sit in
Glueing little bits of paper to a big bit of paper
Listen to an audio book while colouring in
Library rhyme time

Walk to the shop to buy more biscuits.

Stop at a park on the way there/back.

I’m mum of 2 toddlers (ages 2 & 3). My DH is military and is away right now. The eldest one is in full on threenager mode, the sass coming out her is unreal Hmm The youngest one has decided sleep is not an essential part of life, and I’m still struggling with pregnancy sickness thanks to the current womb fruit that is sprouting Confused
My plan is to take them upstairs in a minute, fill the bath with an obscene amount of bubbles and give them a plastic tea set for a bubble tea party. Usually keeps them occupied for a while!
Then I’m driving the few hours to my parents so DM will take the helm and let me have a nap Grin

Thanks for all the brilliant ideas. We've made banana flapjacks and had a bath. He also had a decent nap for once, thank goodness. Moving on to play doh and then a walk now it's brightened up a bit.

@MyBread - what an amazing mum you are! Hope you've managed to get your nap. It must be so tough with your husband away.
