Anybody else feel all shaken up after sex? (Lighthearted)

NC for this as I think I might be a bit of an anomaly!

DH and I don't have sex very often any more as we have two tiny DC and busy lives etc. Out of the blue yesterday, the stars alined and we ended up in the right place at the right time. A lovely time ensued... *ahem

But afterwards, I just feel a bit yuck! My hair is all straggly, my insides feel all shaken about like I've been on a rollercoaster and I need to have another shower!

I'm not sure it was worth it, you know!

If your sex drive has dropped, it's just because you are so busy. Otherwise you wouldn't question it being worth it.

The hair point is interesting. I always brush my hair before and after sex.

But, in answer to your question, yes, it’s worth it!
