Wtf is going on (bleeding related)

I had a smear test on Tuesday which was fine. Didn't really hurt much. Then on Wednesday I started bleeding fairly heavily but very light pink bleeding, I thought it was my period which is due around now.

However Thursday it stopped completely and it's just spotting, I've not had any other symptoms with my period of loose stool (sorry tmi) or sore boobs. Just that one day of heavyish bleeding and then 2 days of spotting.

We had sex with a condom on the 15th of February. What the fuck is going on? Is this after the smear test? Is it a random period or is it implantation bleeding? Is it even possible to be pregnant if I've not had sex for 3ish weeks?

I'm going to get a pregnancy test tomorrow but wtf is going on? Can anyone shed any light?

Ok this maybe nothing but a odd month but it could be something else. My other thought as it happened to me was an ectopic- any pain in shoulder or hip? Do take the pregnancy test - a simple dip test is better than digital as well as cheaper. Also maybe an early miscarriage. As I said first it may just be an odd month. I hope all is ok.
