Anyone else got this awful cold/flu?

I've been feeling terrible for the last 3 days, shivering, aching l, stomach cramps, pounding headache. Any tips for getting this gone?

Me but mine’s all at the back of my face and on my chest. I’m either sweating or shivering like a bastard.
I guess you just have to wait it out - lots of painkillers and lots of hot drinks
