Please help

I need your advice,
2 weeks ago I had my last day of my period but the past few days I had been feeling sick, getting nose bleeds, back pains and period like pains but not as bad.
So today, I went to the toilet and when I wipped I had noticed I had bled and it was a fair amount, but it was a bright red jelly like bleed, I can't find answers anywhere so please help

I think you probably need to go and see a GP. We can’t diagnose here. Some women bleed when they ovulate. You might have a UTI. Are you hoping you’re pregnant?

I've got a phone appointment with my gp later as I'm working till late, yeah I am hoping I am and I kinda had a feeling I was but then the bleed threw me off it a bit and it's made me worry
