AIBU to think that Sainsbury's have the worst customer service ever.

I have spent six and a half hours (over two days) online and on the phone to customer service as my trolley wouldn't check out due to out of date voucher being in coupons. I couldn't remove it as internet error. Four customer service assistant could not check out my order. Last one finally was able to checkout order Got free delivery but nothing else after the hours spent being loyal and trying to get order through. Not even free delivery next shop. I hasten to add I will not be shopping there any more.

Well you are just one of tens of thousands of customers, and they did eventually fix the problem.

I wouldn't really expect anything other than they have offered.

Nope Vodafone are far worse. Spent two months trying to move my phone from a business to a personal account and still have not succeeded!

It's annoying but definitely not the worst ever, not even close.

It sounds like they spent a significant amount of time trying to solve the problem. I don't call that poor customer service. Poor customer service would be them not even trying
