My DH has some significant injuries and is on max pain relief. My nan used to swear by a
cream and I wanted to give it a go but it's not available anymore, can anyone recommend similar?

Is it tiger balm?? Go in to your local Chinese herbal shop and ask for woodlock oil. Bout £20 a bottle but the most amazing thing ever

The old cream was called blu ease, so not sure what was in it! Will give that a go, poor DH is in so much pain

That's the one, they don't do it anymore, didn't see emu oil listed on front so may use that to find something similar

Tiger Balm gets my vote. It’s amazing for everything (just don’t get it in your eyes)

I have back pain a lot and it’s the only thing which helps beside pain killers which I don’t like taking.

When I fell last year in the shower it was only this which helped me move again and able to stand walk and sit.

I'm still looking for an alternative to blue ease cream, my DH is flaring up and that cream used to stop it in its tracks. Any ideas?
