Quick World Book Day ideas?

I was going to pinch dd1's Prof. McGonnagal costume from last year but so far have seen several of our staff members are already dressed as her (school).

Any quick ideas I could cobble together before lunch time?

Or shall I just go with it?

Madame Hooch? Same outfit but stick your hair up on end, sports socks and trainers on and stick a whistle round your neck....
