Holiday in Ibiza - any tips / recommendations?

DP and I have booked a week in Ibiza in the middle of May. We have chosen an adults only hotel in Playa d'en Bossa. Hotel has really good reviews with lots of people saying it's very chilled, good for couples and a good choice for those who like to relax during the day and maybe party at night. Apparently there are loads of clubs nearby but 5 mins away rather than right next door

DP and I are NOT party people. We love restaurants, bars, walks, beach, a bit of sightseeing. I guess I'm looking for reassurance that there's lots to do that doesn't involve clubbing, and that things will be quieter in May than later in the summer. Any advice about bars, restaurants and stuff to do in Ibiza town much appreciated

We went in May a couple of years ago, and it was definitely pretty quiet as the main season hadn't yet started. We didn't stay in Ibiza Town (we had 3 year old DS with us, so stayed in a quieter town, Es Cana), but we visited it plenty of times and it was lovely. There's lots of lovely beaches to explore, and there are some really nice caves at Can Marca. Santa Eulalia is a really nice town to visit. You can get a boat round to there from Ibiza Town, which is a nice trip to do. I preferred Ibiza Town to San Antonio. Can't remember the names of places we ate, but there is masses of choice so you won't struggle to find nice ones!

Thanks Lady, that's what I was hoping to hear!
