Help! Putting here as not sure where else to post. We have a iMac desk top
About two years old. Basically we have got into a complete mess with it and need to set it back to factory settings and start again. We have loads of photos that I want to keep. What is the best way of doing this? A exterior hard drive? Literally have no idea. As you can tell I am very non-techy!
