Yes I know, very exciting.
Took smoked cod out of the freezer yesterday morning, defrosted it in the fridge. Meant to use it yesterday but didn't get home in time. Planning on using it tonight but will it be okay? Would never usually defrost for that long.
If relevant, it was bought fresh a couple of weeks ago and frozen within a day or so.
