Just made myself burgers 🍔, was looking for some new ones to try..... so tell me your ultimate fave burger.

Mine is
Beef burger
Cheese
Lettuce
Red onion
Roasted peppers
Burger sauce
Ketchup
Mustard and
Mayo.
In brioche bun

Toasted bun
Chicken breast
Spicy Mexican cheese slice
Sour cream
Salad - lettuce and tomato and onion
Guacamole
Couple of tortilla chips

I'm loving the dedication to condiments.

No, I don't like brioche buns with burgers or with hotdogs.
Otherwise I love everything else and all the trimmings.

Burgers with blue cheese and caramelised onions. Yum.

The mustard mayo combo is under appreciated.

May I recommend Chinese takeaway curry sauce and garlic mayo next time you have cheesy chips? Divine.

I've never had all 4 of hours on the same burger, will have to try it.

Brioche buns spoil it for me. Too sugary.

Best burger I ever had:

Beef patty
halloumi slice either side of patty
Giant flat Mushroom
Beetroot slice
Lettuce
Onion chutney
Ketchup

Served in between two giant crumpets!

Can’t remember what the restaurant was called but it’s next to the sainsburys the other side of Westfield In Stratford.

Rare burger
Mature cheddar
Guacamole or burger sauce (or possibly both...)
Kimchi (or pickles/gherkins/sauerkraut)
Shredded iceberg lettuce

Sesame bun, not brioche

Have you made your own burgers? Can recommend Lakeland's little plastic burger making gadget.
Try pork mince, breadcrumbs, grated apple, salt and pepper. No egg needed. Squeeze it all together with hands, then make into burger shape.
Serve with wholegrain mustard.

If you ever go to California then have and In and Out Burger mmmmmm 😊😊😊

I imagine American cheese to be a really crap Hollywood film not food related at all

It’s completely processed revolting orange stuff that melts like dream! It’s a rare and delicious treat.

Wilted spinach and bearnaise sauce is a fabulous combination on a posh, rare, burger.

Or insane quantities of garlic mayo.

Or the 5 Guys “All The Way” combo, which rather brilliantly has everything I like and nothing I don’t. Not to be eaten in dry clean only clothes though because god it’s messy.

Got to have gherkin. Bun wise I love a rustic pain (yes darlings) from Waitrose.

I love my husbands homemade burgers. Normal beef burger, slice of cheddar cheese, mix of raw red and white onion (must be raw I hate cooked onion), in a buttered cold sesame bun, with ketchup. And homemade chips on the side.
