Can anyone help me identify this toy?

Dd2 has been to Tescos with dm, and was greatly taken with a toy, and is asking for it for her birthday. No problem there, except dm didn't think to check what it was called!

The info I have:
It was a cuddly toy in a cardboard box and was very, very soft.
It was white and looked like a marshmallow, but it had a face.
It possibly began with an M.
It cost £15.

Does it ring a bell to anyone?

Beanie baby. Not in UK so not sure. But I love cute toys.

Scruff a luffs come in a box? Not soft but have a cute face. I think they are about £15

ReaganSomerset · 05/03/2019 20:46

Go back to the tescos sharpish and try to work it out?

ChippyMinton · 05/03/2019 20:46

Sorry to state the obvious but wouldn’t you be able to spot it if you went to Tesco?

Samind · 05/03/2019 20:46

Snooshy mooshi baby

Samind · 05/03/2019 20:47

Snooshy mooshi*

Stompythedinosaur · 05/03/2019 20:47

Thanks for the thought. It isn't a scruff-a-luv or beanie baby as she has both so would know what it was.

Further information:
It was a cuddly toy, but not an identifiable animal, sort of like a white lump (but cute).
The box was open at the front and you could touch the toy, and it said something like "softest ever toy" on the front.
It isn't hairy.

fleshmarketclose · 05/03/2019 20:47

or pomsies?

Stompythedinosaur · 05/03/2019 20:49

Tescos is an hour's drive each way so I'm trying to avoid a trip if I can (we are rural). Dm lives in the town though, so I might have to ask her to look and write the name down.

I've tried a pomsie, but apparently it isn't that.

Or a smooshy baby.

Wowwee fingerling?

ReaganSomerset · 05/03/2019 21:00

There are various types of fingerling, but at least one is white.

fleshmarketclose · 05/03/2019 21:00

Meegos?

Stompythedinosaur · 05/03/2019 21:03

I think fingerlings are hard? Meegos are a possibility. I will have to wait until morning to show dd2 more pictures.

Thanks for the ideas!
