I had an incident in January in some bad weather where my car came to a rolling stop into another car at 10
Mph.
There was no damage and I have photos of no damage.
The car owners were abusive at the scene and then started sending me messages saying there was damage they found later etc and paying for it.
I asked for photos, no response. Several weeks later I get a photo which does not match my photo and showing a tiny dent and asking again about payment.
Insurance company were informed and sent them all photos as we went along, and at this point i started ignoring them and they said they would be going to their insurance.
It’s getting on 4 weeks and I have heard nothing from my insurance company - do I assume they have thought better of persuing it?
