I've namechanged for obvious reasons. I'm wondering if anyone has access or knows how to find old Jeremy Kyle episodes by date?

I've just found out my current DP was on the show with his exDP around 2009-2011, and that he may or may not have a child. Despite mentioning it in passing ever so casually, DP is point blank refusing to talk about it, and I feel like I need to know the outcome as I've searched facebook and she has a child that would be roughly the right age. I'm certain he's not going to open up, but it would be a definite deal breaker for me if he knows he has a child and has deliberately cut contact :(

Can anyone help?

The Youtube suggestion is a good one, although slightly embarrassed to admit it, I found out a few days ago and have been watching/skipping through JK vids on Youtube until I exhausted them all (all of the likely ones anyway) Blush

Which is what brought me to mumsnet. A last resort, I think. Short of perhaps emailing ITV, although I don't want to come across as the desperate new GF and have them invite me on Hmm

Hah, I was embarrassed on his behalf when I found out, but he was probably only about 18 at the time, and I also did some embarrassing things at that age!! We all get some free passes at 18!

This might be the extra in me but could you ring them under the premise of appearing on the show yourself but only if they can confirm that "X person" appeared on the show and what happened? Although that might mean they contact him about it so yeah, that might not be the best plan. Tbh, I think contacting the production company won't work either as soon as they hear your situation they will probably refuse to give you any information unless you agree to appear on the show.

How is him not admitting to wether or not he has a child a deal breaker!
How old is he?
Has he potentially abandoned a child?

Hmm you may want to re-think your priorities OP. This is not a good way for either of you to be acting in a relationship.

So it's a few days later and I've watched many more JK videos and still nothing :( Open to any other ideas if anyone can help me access the old episodes.

We've been together for a long time, I'm not going to end the relationship simply because he went on Jeremy Kyle about a decade ago. I don't know why he's clamming up, but it may not be because he's a father, that's why I want to see for myself.

Do you know his family?

Ask his mum about her grandchild?

Or if she has a recording of the show?

He's lying and could potentially have a child that he's left and refuses to tell you about.

That would be an instant deal breaker for me.
