Hi all, just a quick question to see if anyone on here knows - I'm currently on tax credits but my area is now UC. Would a change of address be considered a change in circumstances and trigger a move over to UC? Not moving in with a partner just moving to a different address.

If you’re moving within the same Local Authority it should be ok, if it’s a different one & you’re claiming housing benefit you’ll be swapped over

Thanks all. I don't get housing benefit, just work and child tax credits. Will be living in the same local authority.
