Would you be disappointed by this salon experience...

Been a customer for 2 years with the same stylist. Had a wash cut blow dry on Saturday. No head massage, really quick wash, she didn’t ask or check re parting and blow dried my hair really lazily, it lost its finish within about an hour. They forgot my coffee then the machine was cleaning so no drink. £65 and I left feeling a bit ripped off. Think it might be time to find a new place? Or am I being precious?

For £65 I would most certainly expect a coffee! YANBU

I've changed salons for this reason. It seems that some places do this with their regulars. I find that the first few visits at a new salon are usually great, they are attentive and I'm happy with the result, then once you're a regular they'll spend less time and attention on you. I don't mind if they are busy and I'm taken a bit late, but I do mind if they rush my haircut to make up time (particularly if a junior is washing and doing my hair, and the person I'm booked with rushes my cut to get back to another client.)
