Off sick or struggle on

I seem to have a bit of food poisoning from eating an under cooked chicken in a pub yesterday. I assume this is not catching to others? But not sure. I work with the general public. Rushing to the loo is not really possible but I think I will be ok.
I feel a bit rough - achy. Gurgling stomach, diarrhoea. I went to work today as I didn't realise until I'd got to work. I took pain killers for the headache and aches and pains so I got through the day.
So - off sick tomorrow or not?

Sorry to hear that, food poisoning is awful. If you are sick, you are sick! None of your colleagues are going to want you in work throwing up and running to the loo every 2 mins. I’d stay at home, recover and then go back to work.. anything like sickness or the runs isn’t worth going in for as you are just back and forth from the loo, feeling dreadful & it’s draining IMO

I am a bit unsure as I'm not dying and I hate to let people down - but the diarrhoea is still definitely happening
