Weaning advice

My daughter is almost 7 months and breastfed, she’s not showing much interest in food at all. She’ll sit with finger food for a while but not actually eating much just playing and chewing. Spoon feeding she just gets whingey and won’t open her mouth. We have no real structure to breast feeding time so it’s hard to pin point a time in the day which would be good to give her a meal. Is it a bad idea to cut out breastfeeding sort of between 11-3 so that she has food? Or is it too young to cut out a feed?

I think its too young personally to cut out a feed.

I would carry on as you are and try not to fret, DS was the same at 7m - we did BLW and he'd play with the food and maybe lick a bit but never actually ate much.
By 10m he was eating bowls of fusilli all by himself.

Food before one is just for fun. Remember that, they get all of their nutrients and needs from milk at this age so no need to worry. I'd keep trying as and when but don't get too worried now
