I'm normally 8 stone 11 or 8 stone 12. Never ever over 9 stone. Lately I've gone up to 9 stone 3, despite eating the same if not healthier/less than normal?
My weight has consistently been 9 stone 3 for the past month and me improving my diet is having no effect.
Although I'm healthy now, for 7 years I suffered from eating disorders. I have a great relationship with food and have done for the last 8 years but I'm not prepared to go on a diet, so to speak. I feel as though dieting is not something I can risk given my background but I'm happy to make some healthy swaps, which is what I've been doing for the past month, but it's having no effect.
I know I'm consuming less calories than normal so I'm really confused.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
