Would you pay for the Tutor's contact details?

So I've found a tutor and the website I found her through wants £23.99 for her contact details.

I knew there was a fee but I feel this is a wee bit steep.

What do you think?

No sounds like a scam to me.

That seems far too expensive. Is the tutor on any other websites where it is cheaper to buy the details?

The site is being pretty grabby there. They're probably charging her to list herself on their pages too.

I’ve done this. I guess it’s how the website makes money/they pay the website commission.

I paid around that. So did the tutor, to the agency as their introduction fee.

I got tutors details, he got ours, we made private arrangements from there. We've had him for ds since September and are very happy with everything.
