My brain is melting. Anyone else with a big project want a solidarity thread?

I am trying very hard to finish writing a book, but I feel as if my brain is dripping out of my ears and leaving cotton wool behind. I was meant to finish the book 18 months ago (!), but what with a baby/toddler who doesn't nap or sleep much and a big house move that meant I don't have much local support and do have a lot of DIY to do, I'm really struggling.

Does anyone else have a big project that is just getting away from them? Can we buddy up and cheer each other on to the finish line?

I know, I must have been mad! I sent in the book proposal as cheerful as anything, just before my DD was born. Like an idiot.

I don't know which thing you are thinking of undertaking, but I can say I do think both of them are fun, so good luck!

I am just starting my dissertation for my bachelors. I have also just taken on a project to deliver a new intranet for a top 5 big Pharma company which has first delivery in June. I have a 9 month old. I am clinging on by my finger tips!
