Posted this in relationships but didn’t get many replies so was hoping for a few more opinions before I potentially embarrass myself 
There’s a man at work who I think might be interested in me but there’s some mixed signals so I’m not sure. We talk and get on fine, he added me on social media and said in his first message that he was glad he found me on there. He calls me ‘love’ (as in saying thanks love, not in a romantic way) but that’s the way he talks anyway so I’m not reading too much into that. He keeps conversations going by asking questions but never initiates. He’s asked me before if I’ve got a boyfriend.
Does not initiating conversations with me point towards him not being interested? We work different shifts so I see him when I’m in early/ he’s in late so I can’t casually ask him out for a drink after work.
