First up, a GP appointment is on the books. In the mean time....
DD (13) had a few times in the past had a very sudden onset of a surface rash on her legs and arms. Took her the pharmacy who diagnosed fungal skin infection. Treated it with anti-fungal steroids. Over the last few months it's returned once or twice more but cleared again with the same cream.
It's now returned again but this time she also has a cluster of small lumps (they look like liquid filled worts perhaps?) behind her knee and 2 on her bum cheek.
The same skin rash is in the same place - the majority of the backs of her legs and in her arm crevices. (Legs are her inner thighs, backs of both knees and down behind her shins. It really is quite a large area).
We are treating it again with the anti-fungal steroids until we can see the GP.
Any ideas?
