Ohh good luck frozen. We moved 4 years ago and I still miss our old Chinese.

I didn't use this recipe; but this looks something like it, I used a mixture of strong cheddar and double Gloucester.
I love the token slices of tomato on top.
Served with baked beans and pickled onions-
