Emile et Rose bunny ear came off while daughter was playing

Hi, my friend bought my daughter an Emile et Rose dress when she was born (size 6 months) which came with a bunny. She is 5 Months now and started holding things a while ago so we gave her it to play with, but while she was playing I suddenly realised one of the ears had come off, so it obviously hadn’t been stitched on properly as she’s hardly strong enough to pull it off. I have emailed them.

Just wondered if anyone else has had this happen to an Emile et Rose toy?

We have hundreds of these bunnies (5 DDs) and that has never happened. That’s worrying though.

Surely that just happens from time to time? I’ve got a house full of stuffed toys and stitching has occasionally failed. If you’re worried about fraying just sew over the part where the ear was.
