Sorry, I need a rant, and I haven't got anyone around who will listen at the moment.
I've just had new tyres fitted. Well, that was the plan - I ordered them online, as I have before. I phoned the branch this morning to check all is booked in - nope, never heard of you, here's the customer service number to ring. Except that was the customer services number for a totally different company, not even tyre related. Eventually got hold of customer services who phone the branch and sort it out.
Get to the branch, wheels come off, oops no your tyres aren't here, we'll put different ones on. Ok. One tyre isn't too bad, so can I take it and I'll put it on another car with the same wheels at home. Ok.
Except not ok. They didn't even take the other tyre off, just put the new one in the boot of my car. I now have to pay to have that fitted. I couldn't be arsed to go back, DS was kicking off and I've got other places to be. Didn't want that shower of shite touching my car again. Oh and don't even get me started on how the lad tried to convince me I needed lots of other work doing. I'm a engineer pal, just because I'm female doesn't mean you can presume I'm brainless.
Sorry, that was long, I'm just really cross. And I know I perhaps didn't explain myself properly to the young man, which makes me even crosser!!
