Old fashioned/ classic childhood games and activities

I’m running a group with year 2 children where they learn classic games and activities with the hope they’ll pass them on to their friends and play them at play time.
So far I’ve done-
Happy families card game
Finger knitting
French skipping
Cats cradle

Anyone got any other ideas I could use?

that game where you link elastic bands together to make a long 'string'. Then you join it into a loop and skip over it. Can anyone recognise this and explain it better. We used to call it 'elastics'

One which we loved at school we called "Knives forks spoons" The leader would call "Knives, forks spoons" and then add something at the end like "Cartwheel" everyone else would do a cartwheel and then the leader would choose the winner who would then become leader. It started with fairly standard gym moves and moved onto things like "flower" and you'd have to mime being a flower.
Clapping games (ds and friends got really into one last summer and all I had with a group in the back of the car was "Hi lo bi lo" or something complete with clapping.

Chinese Skipping we called the elastic game. Loved it.

British Bulldogs (we got banned from playing this at Primary because the games were so rough).

Connect 4 was a classic.

If it was the right time of year, Conkers would have been good!
I remember playing Conkers at school for a few years, then it got banned because it was seen as dangerous

Finger print painting.
Papier maché.
Cross stitch pictures. I remember doing one of a boat on the sea, with a couple of rows of single stitches for the borders. On that material that has holes in it, for the purposes of cross stitching.
There Came A Duke A Riding game.
Juggling with tennis balls.

Making paper lanterns and paper hats.

And making paper fortune tellers.
