Elevated (slightly) MCV and MCH levels on blood test; should this be followed up?

A blood test has come back with ever so slightly elevated MCH and MCV levels - this is not the first time, they always come back as elevated. The last time I brought it up with the GP (the GP has never mentioned it to me) she said it was so minor as to be inconsequential. However, on the blood test result, it's flagged up as 'abnormal' in red letters.

I've been chronically fatigued for over 20 years with ME, and am always looking to eliminate possible causes. Obviously I've looked up the causes of these results and deficiency of b12 or folate is suggested. I'm taking iron as am anemic anyway, and take b12 in a supplement. Struggling to process what I've read though as have brain fog due to the ME and processing information is difficult.

Does anyone have any experience of elevated MCH/MCV levels and is it worth following up?
