It’s in the crease of my nose, looks like a whitehead but not, been there months.

It’s all I can see when I look in the mirror!

The only way I've ever been able to get rid of those little hard white lumps is to break the skin with a pin and push out with fingernails. Put plenty of antiseptic cream on afterwards.

Milia? I get them under my eyes every so often, such a pain. You do have to break the skin and remove the hard lump if you want them gone or they'll just stay.

Same. Really sharp needle or pin. H's new spare needles for his insulin pen were perfect as so sharp you couldn't feel it prick. Then you pop the perfectly round white ball out. Most odd.
