Online car-boot?

Car boots seem a thing of the past nowadays don't they?!
I've spring-cleaned and rummaged my house and have various mens, womens & kids clothes along with toys & games ready to sell with the money going towards my fundraising target (I'm cycling 300 miles to Paris in July for charity as they research into the illness that resulted in my daughter growing her wings at 27 days old)
I've considered eBay but the site takes a percentage once sold and as its going to charity I'd like to avoid that. Depop also does this. Do you have any ideas on other sites I could sell these second hand lovelies? Also, its a long shot but if anyone has any items they're considering donating to a charity shop then please consider this online car-bootFlowers

Definitely not! They seem more popular than ever where I am.

If you want to avoid Ebay fees, try selling locally on gumtree, shpock or facebook marketplace.

There are a gazillion selling pages on facebook, there is also just general marketplace - seems to be relatively car bootish

Car boots still go strong in a lot of places but it is early doors and flippin cold this time of year - maybe wait another month or s

Someone in my area had a sale in their front garden on a Saturday, they posted about it in the local FB group and sounds like they did very well indeed.

A lot of things are not worth selling online because of the time and effort it takes to pack and take things to the Post Office unless they are higher value items.
