Trying to find a map

Please bear with me. A few years ago I found a map which enabled me to put the place I was at on the map and choose a distance around it in, say, 30 miles, not just an area on a map.

I know it existed, but don't know where I found it. Does anyone know of such a map?

I think Ordnance Survey can do stuff like that.
