Is anyone able to tell which part is what of the baby on this 6 wk scan please? Just curious 🙏

It’s just a little bean shaped thing with the start of limb buds - it’s only a few mm long. The circular bit is the yolk sac

Thats a yolk sac and fetal pole. There are no baby parts to identify at this stage although everything develops very fast and in a few weeks and certsinly be the 12 week scan it will look more baby like. I had weekly scans from i found out i was pregnant due to previous history and it is really amazing how it develops

There will be nothing that is baby shaped at 6 weeks. I think you can see a heart beat at 8 weeks but even then it’s only a couple of heart cells, not an actual heart.

Thank u everyone, I see a heart beat yesterday on the scan just a little flicker, I’m soooo impatient haha. But I’ve got another one booked in for 7.5 weeks hopefully we see more x
