I've just read this article in The Guardian about Reese Witherspoon complaining publicly about paying the bill when she's out with her co-stars. Surely it would have been better if she'd tackled this privately?

Well, at least once a month on here there's a thread about who should pay when out for a date, or about CFs who don't pay their share.
